Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Road noise was a bit bothersome at night. Easy access to nearby hiking trails. Breakfast options were limited, mainly carbs with no protein or fruit.

Exceptionally clean room, exactly as pictured. Staff is friendly and accommodating-especially a standout at the front desk. Location is excellent, perfect for accessing nearby attractions. several issues stood out. The refrigerator was lukewarm, and the recent remodel left baseboards poorly done. The mattress was average at best. The pool could benefit from decor and ambiance improvements-not inviting enough. navigating with a truck camper was challenging. On the brighter side, good breakfast options and the room offered ample space for our family. cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Some rooms were not up to standard. A solid choice, but consistency is key for any future visits.

During my stay, I loved how convenient everything was, with attractions like Ruby Falls just a short drive away and various dining options like Waffle House and Logan's Roadhouse within a kilometer, making it super easy to explore the local area. The hotel itself had large and clean rooms, and the breakfast was great with full options like sausage and waffles served by a friendly staff member. However, I do think the hotel could improve its response to safety concerns, as there was an incident involving our vehicle, but overall, my experience was enjoyable and I'd definitely visit again.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, featuring comfortable bedding that made for a restful night. While the furnishings were in excellent condition, the bathroom stood out for its cleanliness. The refrigerator, however, wasn't very cold, even on the highest setting. Some furniture showed signs of wear, particularly the red chair in the living area. noise levels were low, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The convenient location to attractions was a major plus, making it easy to explore nearby dining options. With friendly staff and a warm ambiance, this stay was enjoyable despite a few minor imperfections.

The heating and air conditioning were top-notch, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. we were disappointed to find that the tea and coffee facilities were not properly stocked, and the coffee was lukewarm. We appreciated the spacious sitting area in our room, but the lack of a dining table was a bit inconvenient for enjoying meals together. The terrace offered a nice view, but there was a shortage of garden furniture for lounging outside. The room's amenities like free toiletries were a nice touch, but we noticed that the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower area. The flat-screen TV provided good entertainment, and the housekeeping staff did a decent job of keeping the room tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with pet amenities not being readily available as advertised. there were no am/fm alarm clocks in the room, which could have been helpful during our stay. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience at Country Inn & Suites was decent, and the comfortable bed and parquet floor added a cozy touch to our stay.

staying at country inn was a delight! the 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with two queen beds and a cozy sitting area. we enjoyed the complimentary cookies and coffee available 24/7, and the pool area was clean with plenty of towels. the breakfast had a great selection of foods, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the area.

I checked out the museum; boring sculptures and old newspapers - so exciting! Coffee kept me on my toes for sightseeing. The riverboat ride? Who doesn't love being a captive audience?

Just love it when my car gets broken into while enjoying the scenic sights, very considerate of the local thieves.

Our stay was disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar, with dirty rooms even after a room change.

We hopped on the electric shuttle and visited the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain - so cool! The views were epic, and we felt like we were in a movie!

I wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us young party animals.

The location was excellent, close to the attractions we wanted to visit.
